Positioned directly on the most exclusive stretch of the world-famous Pink Sands beach, Southern Cross is a spectacular estate with over 220 feet of private beach frontage.
The house is set in 3 acres of beautifully landscaped tropical gardens with views across the reefs and lagoon to the Atlantic Ocean. It is located on “The Narrows”, the most upscale and private neighbourhood on Harbor Island.
The 48-foot infinity pool sits above the property’s lush palm grove with views out to the sea. The house accommodates up to 12 guests (in 6/7 bedrooms) who are hosted by our dedicated Southern Cross Team headed by our manager and concierge.
Our own chef and butler service are included in your stay. The property with its many amenities and in-house team offers the perfect retreat for families and friends.

and chic, antique and contemporary furniture.
There are two libraries with large flat screen TVs and two large master suites with spacious seating areas, dressing rooms and spectacular views across the property to the ocean.
Four further bedrooms can be configured as twin/queen/king accommodation. Each of the six bedrooms is individually designed with luxury fabrics and linens with workspaces and seating areas.
All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views of the sea or the gardens and most have private outdoor terraces. There is air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the house and the beach is accessed directly from the garden.

Snorkel or paddle-board on the reef outside the house, read on the beach deck, have a massage on your private terrace overlooking the sea, lunch by the pool, have drinks by the ocean and dine under the stars in the internal courtyards or in the palm grove. Our chef will plan all menus to suit you and your guests.
Exploring the island is easy too; our concierge will make all the arrangements for restaurants, boat charters, water sports etc and everything is 5 minutes away by golf cart.

The Island
Harbor Island’s natural beauty and quiet glamour have attracted an international crowd for decades. Today there are world renown restaurants, a vibrant night life and an exciting local culture. Shop on the bay in designer boutiques and eat by the ocean at one of the beachside clubs. New pickleball and padel facilities have recently opened, and the three marinas offer every boating service, each with their own eateries and bars to dock alongside.
The waters surrounding Harbor Island are flawless turquoise and offer some of the finest diving and fishing in the Bahamas; from bone fishing on the flats to deep sea charters beyond the reef. Take a seaplane for an ocean safari in the Exuma Islands, surf on the beaches of North Eleuthera, dive into the “Blue Hole” or swim with the pigs in the bay.
